Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use CheapCanvaPro or send an order request.

Plain-English summary

These terms describe the fixed-term access service, ordering through WhatsApp, customer responsibilities, support and limits of liability.

1. About the service

CheapCanvaPro provides fixed-term Canva Pro access requests for customers in the United Kingdom, with 3, 6 and 12 month options shown on the website.

2. Ordering

You choose a term, provide the email associated with your Canva account, select a payment method and send the generated request through WhatsApp. The current workflow is activation first, with payment arranged afterwards.

3. Your account

We do not ask for your Canva password through this website. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own account and complying with Canva’s applicable terms.

4. Prices and term

The price and access period shown when you place the request are the terms of that order. Prices may change for future orders.

5. Support

Support is provided through WhatsApp and email. Response times are not guaranteed unless separately agreed.

6. Full-term access warranty

Your paid access is covered for the full duration shown in your order. If access stops working before the end of your paid term, contact support. We will first work to restore access. If restoration is not possible, we will provide replacement access or another appropriate remedy for the remaining paid period. Coverage does not apply to issues caused by customer misuse, password or account-security changes, false account information, or actions that prevent the service from being restored.

7. Platform changes

Features, availability, policies and product names can change over time and may affect how access works. If a change interrupts your paid access, the full-term access warranty above remains the first support route.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy shown in this website.

9. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. The date shown on the page indicates the current version.
