Why the site is intentionally simple
The service does not need a complex ecommerce dashboard. Visitors should be able to understand the options, compare the cost and send a request without navigating through unnecessary steps.
What we ask for
The order flow requests the email linked to your Canva account. It does not request your password.
How we communicate
Orders and most support are handled through WhatsApp, with email available for additional support and policy questions.
Full-term access warranty
Every paid 3, 6 or 12 month plan is covered for the full purchased term. If access stops working before the term ends, contact support so we can work to restore access or provide an appropriate solution for the remaining paid period.
